Refund Policy
VETAHEAD no longer offers refunds for membership services.
All Teleconsulting purchases remain final and non-refundable.
Refunds are also not applicable for any other online or virtual services, including, but not limited to, Telecoaching, podcasts, social media events and/or community activities, and webinars. All these sales are final.
Refunds are not applicable for any in-person services, including but not limited to speaking engagements, lectures, webinars, in-person training, relief services, wet labs, and similar. All aforementioned purchases are final.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription anytime by following these steps:
Log in to your VETAHEAD account.
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
Select Billing.
Click Subscription.
On the right side of your plan description, click the three dots (…) and then select Cancel.
Confirm your cancellation.
Important: Your plan will be canceled, but you’ll still have access until the end of your current billing period.
Coupon Policy
By redeeming a coupon code (“Coupon”) for a discount on any Vetahead services, products, or subscription fees, you (“User”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
The Coupon is valid for one-time use only and applies solely to the initial term of the subscription, service, or product. Upon renewal, the User will be charged the then-current full price without any discount.
Users must manage their subscription and deactivation of the auto-renewal option at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date. Missing this window may result in automatic renewal, and Vetahead reserves the right not to issue a refund.
Physical Products Refund Policy ONLY
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Returns are not accepted for sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, for health or hygiene reasons.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. If you choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges to your end customers, you would need to place a new order at your expense.
